Receiving a Delivery

 Delivery will be made to the delivery address associated with your order either by telephone, email, provided on our website Registration, or website grocery order form. If you would like us to use a different delivery address, phone number, or email address with regard to your order, contact us to provide us with that information before 9:00 am on the day of your delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the order. 

 

Delays, Changes, and Cancellations

There will be no fee to cancel or change your order or delivery time should you provide the notice by 4:00 pm a day before your delivery. Should Farm Shop Nepal need to cancel your delivery for any reason, we will likewise provide you with the notice by 4:00 pm a day before your delivery except in the event of an emergency.

 

Weights, Measurements, and Descriptions

 It may not be possible to obtain certain items, such as produce or meat, that are of the exact weight or size specified (such as Watermelon,). Thus, we reserve the right to provide you with a product within 5% of the requested weight or size. Product images used on our site are intended to represent brands or types of products and may not represent the exact size, flavor, type, quantity, or other specific details about the product you are purchasing. See the written product description for specific information about your purchase. All product descriptions used on our site are believed to be accurate, however, we can not be held liable for unintentional inaccuracies or product sizes that are unexpectedly changed by the manufacturer.

 Farm Shop Nepal strives to achieve 100% satisfaction with all of our deliveries. If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased through Farm Shop Nepal, you may contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will make arrangements to pick up the unsatisfactory product and will, at our sole discretion, replace the product or refund the amount of the item. Product replacement or refund will only be authorized after you have returned the unsatisfactory item. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid within the confines of all other terms and conditions listed herein, and may not apply to products that have been opened or consumed. If you have not contacted us within 24 hours of delivery, this guarantee becomes null and void.

 

Payments and Fees

You agree that all payments and fees for services provided by Farm Shop Nepal shall be paid prior to or at the time of delivery. Should any dispute arise regarding any payments or fees, you agree to be responsible and liable for any fees and collection costs that Farm Shop Nepal may incur in attempts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Should a product price on our site be grossly incorrect, you agree to work with Farm Shop Nepal to correct the error, either by paying the difference in prices or by allowing us to retrieve and refund the product.
