Himalaya French Cheese was established more than 12 years ago and offer various varieties of cow and yak cheese. Cheeses are inspired by French classics and are hand made using pasteurized milk and vegetarian rennet. They mobilize traditional French techniques and have mastered unique yak cheese recipes that amplify the distinctive qualities of Himalayan milk in varieties of style.
Their offering range from the soft and runny to the hard and edgy, from the delicate and floral, to the nutty and chocolaty – all of which goes perfectly with a glass of wine. Cheese variety include Tomme, Belkot, Mozzarella, Saint Marcellin, Camembert, Alpha Raclette amongst others in cow cheese and Yak Blue, Yak Cheddar, Gauri Shanker, Yak Tomme, and Old Sherpa in yak Cheese. They have cow cheese factory in Dhulikhel and Yak cheese factory in Serding.
Organic Dharma sells organic and high quality superfood like apple cider vinegar, kombucha, chia seed, flax seed, quinoa seed, honey, turmeric and many more. They have been operating since 2015 to provide organic products to consumers with focus on their health and well-being.
They have their own honey farm and make their own apple cider vinegar from jumla apple. Organic Dharma’s main production is in Illam and Jhapa and some of their products are sourced directly from Jumla, Lukla and Mustang. They sell their products all over the country and are planning to export their products in the International markets.

The company is also women empowerment oriented and believes in women's independence and uplifts them for an agribusiness. Moreover, the company has been working as a marketing organization for the products of Mahila Sahaytra clients.
Ashapuri Organic Farm
Ashapuri Organic Farm, located in Ashapuri, Nasika Village Development Committee in Kavre district was started in 2002 and was registered to the Government of Nepal in 2007. It is located 30 km South East from Kathmandu at an altitude range of 1600 – 1800 m. and covers a land area of 11 ha.
Ashapuri Organic farm has been working to promote organic farming in the country through the production, processing and marketing of organic products. It produces varieties of crops that include shiitake mushroom, fruits (yacon, kiwi, gojiberry), fresh vegetables (green lettuces, tomato, pumpkin, potato, carrot, radish, cabbage, cauliflower, zucchini, asparagus, bitter gourd, tomato, chilli, broad leaf mustard, bean, cucumber), cereals (sweet corn, sticky rice), and herbs (tulsi, stevia, rosemary) and processed products (teas, yacon syrup).

Vienna bakery - café is a bakery situated in Kathmandu, Nepal and is specialised in german style bakery products, pastries and cakes . The small café serves organic nepalese coffee, cappuccino, espresso and teas and small freshly made snacks.
